In an ad they stated that they were a 24 hr service company (that didn’t charge extra for this service), however, this is not what I found when I called. The fee to come out on a Saturday afternoon was outrageous, so I moved on to another company.
The service man did a great job. I would recommend Charlotte Comfort Systems to friends and family. Thanks again for your timely service.
